Tasting Notes:
This wine offers a light-to-medium body mouthfeel with balanced acidity, alcohol and ever-soslight sweetness. This balance is very pleasant on the front end of the taste as it sits smoothly on your tongue before dissipating on the finish. The taste is reminiscent of pears, pineapples, apricots, granny smith apples, tangerines and peaches. There is a very faint oak component that comes through providing a very light caramel texture/flavor. The finish is smooth and lingering with lingering minerality and acidity.
