Chef Alfred and his team have prepared an exquisite menu that captures the Essence of Spring, and celebrates the return of our vines. Each course will be paired with our award winning wines, hand selected by our team of experts.
To kick off the evening, we will feature an Essence of Spring Social with the following canapes and accompanied wine!

- Bluefin Tuna | Charred Ramp, Tomato, Avocado
- Burrata Toast | Chorizo, Blood Orange
Following the Spring Social, you will be escorted to your seat where you will enjoy the following mult-course dinner with paired wines!

- Grilled Beef Tenderloin | Herb Roasted Bone Marrow, Sweet Potato, Red Wine Jus
